We invite all seniors to join us for an evening of fun physical and mental activities designed to reduce stress and anxiety, boost memory, improve sleep and lower the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, Type 2 diabetes and strokes. You're sure to make new friendships too!
When: Every Monday evening starting from the 1st of February, from 5PM to 6:30pm
Where: St John's Anglican Church, Dee Why (Corner of Avon Rd and Oaks Ave)
What to expect: Fun but gentle physical exercise, games, discussions, music, light refreshment
