
SENIORS DURING COVID AND BEYOND
We invite all seniors to join us for an evening of fun physical and mental activities designed to reduce stress and anxiety, boost memory, improve sleep and lower the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, Type 2 diabetes and strokes. You're sure to make new friendships too!

Where and When: Monday evenings from 5pm at St John's Anglican Church, Dee Why (Corner of Avon Rd and Oaks Ave)
Infrequently on Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 10am at St Kevin's School Hall 57-59 Oaks Ave, Dee Why

If you are feeling lonely, have too much on your mind, are struggling to get your groceries or can't get to your medical appointments, contact us by phone or email.

Covid has deepened the isolation many of us feel, and we are here to hease the burden for those most vulnerable.

NBMC offers the following free services:
Chats and check-ins by phone
Walking companions
Dog walkers
Interpreting
Short term counselling
Taking you to and from medical appointments and grocery trips
Linking you to other government services
What to expect: Fun but gentle physical exercise, games, discussions, music, light refreshment
